Service and authority

The customer confirms that the person accepting an order can bind the organization. FORALL provides the features and limits in the active catalog version attached to the subscription; previews and roadmap statements are not commitments.

Accounts and customer duties

• Provide accurate information, protect credentials, use least-privilege access, and promptly report compromise.
• Have a lawful basis and provide required notices for visitor and contact data uploaded to the service.
• Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

Fees, tax, renewal, and limits

Prices, currency, billing cycle, included usage, taxes, grace behavior, and renewal terms shown at checkout and in the catalog form the order. Unless the order says otherwise, paid subscriptions renew for the selected cycle until cancelled. Taxes are added where legally required. Failed payment may enter the catalog-defined grace period before restriction.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation stops renewal and normally remains effective through the paid period. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy; statutory rights override conflicting terms. Deleting an organization also initiates subscription cancellation but does not erase legally retained financial records.

Ownership and confidentiality

Customers retain rights in customer content and grant FORALL the limited rights needed to operate and secure the service. FORALL retains rights in the service. Each party protects confidential information using reasonable care.

Availability, support, and changes

Support hours, severity definitions, response targets, exclusions, and any service credits are only those in the Support/SLA Policy or signed order. Material contractual changes are notified before taking effect where required.

Suspension, termination, and liability

FORALL may proportionately suspend affected access for security threats, unlawful use, or material breach after notice when practicable. Liability limitations, warranties, governing law, dispute venue, and mandatory consumer rights must be supplied by the signed jurisdiction-specific order.
