Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the normal subscription cancellation and refund path; mandatory statutory rights always apply.
Cancellation
An authorized owner may cancel from billing. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and access normally continues to period end. A deletion request also requests cancellation. Outstanding valid invoices remain payable.
Refund requests
Submit the payment reference, amount, and reason through authenticated billing or support. Duplicate requests are idempotent. Eligibility is assessed against the signed order, service failure evidence, consumed usage, and applicable law; displaying this policy does not promise automatic approval. Approved refunds return through the supported payment process and are audited.
Timing and taxes
Provider and banking settlement time may apply. Tax documents are corrected only as permitted by applicable accounting rules.
