Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects customers, visitors, and the shared service.

Prohibited activity

Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing content; harassment or exploitation; malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or security testing; spam or messaging without required permission; attempts to bypass tenant isolation, rate limits, plan limits, or access controls; and use that materially degrades the service are prohibited.

Enforcement

FORALL may investigate, rate-limit, quarantine content, or suspend the affected capability proportionately. Notice and an opportunity to cure are provided when safe and practicable. Urgent threats may be contained immediately and are audited.
